1949-74 Chevrolet Full Size

  • This listing covers model years 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, and 1964 Bel Air, Impala, Biscayne, Delray, Nomad, 150 and 210's with a V8 and stock single exhaust.
    • Single exhaust system consists of the exhaust pipe, muffler and tailpipe.
    • This dual exhaust system consists of the H pipe, LS/RS rear exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front tailpipes & LS/RS rear tailpipes (tailpipes were 1 pc. from the factory but are so long that we must use 2 pc. of tubing to reproduce).
    • This system requires 4 gaskets. 
     
  • This listing covers model years 1965 and 1966 BelAir, Impala, Biscayne, Caprice, and Super Sport's with the stock 327ci or 396ci. Both of these engines where stock with muffler & resonator. The 283ci engine was stock w/1 muffler (refer to 588617).

Systems for the 348HP engine require a 3 bolt flat flange, starts out at 2½" and reduces down to 2" at the muffler outlet. The will be an additional cost of $40.00 charged at the check out process for the 348HP systems. 
    • Our pattern exhaust pipes have the piece that some call an extension (we call an insert) incorporated into the exhaust pipes. If you would prefer to have this insert/AKA extension a separate part, you may choose so in the check out process.

  • This listing covers MY's 1968, 1969, and 1970 Bel Air, Biscayne, Impala, Caprice, and Super Sports V8 with stock single exhaust. Photo depicts the stock single exhaust for all 1968 Chevy Full Size (except S.W.'s)  with the stock 307ci V8 & the optional straight exit tailpipe. 
    • Single exhaust system consists of the front exhaust (Y ) pipe, rear exhaust pipe, muffler, and tailpipe.
    • 1968 Chevy's stock with a 307ci were offered 2 different tail pipe exits. If you have a 1968 with the 307ci, please report desired tail pipe in the check out process.
