Waldron’s Exhaust has custom designed exhaust pipes that allows owners of a 1964 or 1965 Lemans, Tempest, or GTO’s to use the Ram Air or High Output manifolds which were not stock in these model years.

This dual exhaust consists of the LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes.
The stock system starts out at 2¼”OD on the exhaust pipes and reduces down to 2″ OD at the tailpipes.
The stock tailpipes will exit to the rear corners with turndowns and GTO cuts. If you would prefer, you may select the Bobcat tailpipe design which will be 2¼”OD & exit behind the rear wheels. Your chrome split tips (which we do not offer) need to be 2¼”ID & you may need to trim the TP’s to fit up to the chrome split tips. You will be asked to select which design you would like in the check out process.
If the cast iron flanges are needed, add them to your cart for an additional $45.00.

The following statement pertains to pipes only (mufflers have a 1 year warranty regardless of material chosen) and to vehicles that are not daily drivers and are stored in an enclosed building: Aluminized Steel has a life expectancy of 20-25 years and is considered to be truer to the original material on vintage vehicles. T409 Stainless Steel is ferric and magnets will stick to it. T409 stainless steel is the same type of stainless used by car manufactures today and will never rust through, although it may develop pock-marks of rust which can simply be buffed out.

When building our exhaust systems; where (or if) it requires a pipe diameter of 2” or larger, it will be 14-gauge tubing, where (or if) it requires a pipe diameter smaller than 2”, it will be 16-gauge tubing.
