Photo depicts the stock single exhaust for 1964 Commander Lark Station Wagon w/spin-on oil filter, w/o a sliding roof and the stock 289ci V8.  Single exhaust consists of the crossover pipe, Y pipe, rear exhaust pipe, muffler, and from here it varies, some models have a tailpipe while others have a front and a rear tailpipe.
    • 1958 Sedans will need to report whether it is a “long wheel base sedan” or “except long wheel base sedan”.
    • 1963 & 1964 Larks will need to report which type of filter is stock; spin-on filter or cartridge filter.
    • 1964-66 Lark Station Wagons will need to report whether your SW has a sliding roof or not.

    • Single cat-back system consists of the rear exhaust pipe, muffler, and LS/RS tailpipes.

    • If your Formula or Trans Am was stock with the split chrome tips, you may add them to your cart during the check out process.
    • MY's 1975-76; We will need to know what tailpipes are needed: 1) without chrome tips 2) with single chrome outlet 3) with dual chrome outlet
    • MY 1977 all model; We will need to know with or without chrome tips
    • MY 1978-79 with a 403ci & 1979 with a 301W; We will need to know with or without chrome tips. All other engines and 1980-81 models did not have the chrome tip option.
  • This listing covers model years 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1974 Firebird, Firebird Trans Am, and Firebird Formula's stock with the V8 (except 455ci Super Duty) and dual exhaust. Photo depicts the  system for 1970-72 Firebirds (Non HO or Ram Air).
    • Dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear (over-axle) exhaust pipes, dual in/dual out transverse muffler, and LS/RS tailpipes. Designed to fit with the stock chrome tips which are not included with the system. 
    • The standard engines take a system that starts out at 2"OD on the front exhaust pipes (with 2blt flanges), then increases to 2¼"OD on the rear exhaust pipes, and reduces back to 2"OD on the tailpipes.
    • The Ram Air or HO systems are 2¼"OD up to the muffler inlets and then reduces to 2"OD on the tailpipes.
    • You will be asked to report with or without RA or HO manifolds along with bolt pattern needed for RA/HO systems in the check out process. There will be an additional cost of $89.00 for the Ram Air / HO systems. If you need the cast iron flanges, you may add them to your order in the check out process. If you already have the need set, you will need to mail them to us in advance (address is shown in the check out form). 
  • This listing covers model years 1967, 1968, and 1969 Firebird's with the stock V8 and stock dual exhaust. Photos depicts the exhaust system for MY's 1967-68 Firebirds stock V8 (except 400HO & Ram Air). 
    • Dual exhaust system consists of the LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS resonators, LS/RS connector pipes, dual in/dual out transverse muffler, and LS/RS tailpipes.
    • The system for the Non HO or RA engines starts out at 2"OD, increases to 2¼"OD at the connector pipes, then decreases back to 2"OD.
    • The system exhaust pipes for HO & RA engines are 2¼"OD flared to 2½"OD at the manifolds, connector pipes are 2¼"OD and then reduces to 2"OD on the tailpipes.
    • Regarding HO & RA setups: We are no longer able of offer the stock cast iron flanges. The exhaust pipes will come with universal flanges. If you have the stock cast iron flanges, keep them and reuse them.
  • This listing is the stock set up for model years 1969 Grand Prix's w/STD trans, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1974 Grand Prix's and all full size in 1973 with a 350ci engine. For all other applications (Bonneville, Catalina, Grand Ville & Safari Wagon) this is a resonator eliminator option. For the stock system with 4 mufflers please refer to listing 453231. Photo depicts the stock dual exhaust for 1969 & 1970 Pontiac Catalina's with the stock 400ci V8 (with stock resonators eliminated). 
    • The stock dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes. If this is a resonator eliminator option for your stock system, the it will consist of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS connector pipes & LS/RS resonator eliminator pipes (as shown in photo). 
  • This listing covers model years 1961, 1962, 1963, and 1964 Bonneville, Catalina, Grand Prix, Star Chief, and Ventura's with the stock V8 and single exhaust. Photos depicts the exhaust system for 1963--64 Catalina's & Gran Prix's with the stock 389ci. 
    • Single exhaust system consists of the Y pipe, rear exhaust pipe, muffler and tailpipe.

    • For MY's 1965-67 Fury's this dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes. For all other models, this dual exhaust consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes.
    • For MY 1968 Belvedere, Satellite, and Roadrunner's dual exhaust consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes while the dual set-up for Fury, Suburban, and VIP's consist of LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes.
    • For MY 1969 Fury, Suburban, and VIP's with the stock 440HP & Belvedere, Satellite, and Roadrunner's stock with a 383ci, this system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes. For Fury, Suburban, and VIP's stock with the 383ci or the non-Ho 440ci this system will consist of LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes.
