  • This listing covers model years 1961, 1962, 1963, and 1964 Chevy Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, and Super Sport's with the stock V8 283ci, 327ci (small or big block), 348ci (small or big block), and 409ci (big block) and allows you to eliminate the resonators (all MY's & body styles were stock with resonators). Photo depicted is correct to the listing but pipes vary slightly depending on engine displacement, body style, etc.
    • Dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front tailpipes, and LS/RS tailpipes.
    • Big Block engines will have an additional cost of $40.00 added to system price. 
    • Our pattern exhaust pipes have the piece that some call an extension (we call it an insert) incorporated into the exhaust pipes. If you would prefer to have the insert/AKA extension a separate part, you may choose so in the check out process.
     
  • This listing covers model years 1959 and 1960 Bel Air, Biscayne, and Impala's with the stock V8 283ci, 348ci or 348HP and a dual exhaust with 2 mufflers and 2 resonators. Photo depicts the stock dual exhaust system for 1960 9Passenger SW's with the stock non-HO 348ci. 
    • Dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front tailpipes with resonators, and LS/RS rear tailpipes.
    • Systems for the 283ci or 348ci engines require a 3 bolt formed flange, starts out at 2" and reduces to 1 and 7/8" at the muffler outlet. Systems for the 348HP engine require a 3 bolt flat flange, starts out at 2½" and reduces down to 2" at the muffler outlet. The will be an additional cost of $40.00 charged at the check out process for the 348HP systems.

Refer to listing 568814 for that exhaust system. This listing does cover all other station wagon single exhaust systems. Photo depicts the V6 single exhaust system for MY 1964. 
    • This single system consists of the Y pipe, rear exhaust pipe, muffler, tailpipe. Metal-to-metal connection at the manifolds, no gaskets required.
    • 1964 models do not require a flange between the Y pie and the rear exhaust pipe while 1965-67 models do require (and will have) a flange connection between the Y pipe and the rear exhaust pipe.
