  • This listing covers model years 1961, 1962, 1963, and 1964 Chevy Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, and Super Sport's with the stock V8 283ci, 327ci (small or big block), 348ci (small or big block), and 409ci (big block) and allows you to eliminate the resonators (all MY's & body styles were stock with resonators). Photo depicted is correct to the listing but pipes vary slightly depending on engine displacement, body style, etc.
    • Dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front tailpipes, and LS/RS tailpipes.
    • Big Block engines will have an additional cost of $40.00 added to system price. 
    • Our pattern exhaust pipes have the piece that some call an extension (we call it an insert) incorporated into the exhaust pipes. If you would prefer to have the insert/AKA extension a separate part, you may choose so in the check out process.

MY's 65-66; this is OE correct for the 283ci and a resonator eliminator option for the 327ci & 396ci (which were stock with resonator).     • Both exhaust pipes start off on the driver side with the RS pipe crossing over (with a 90° bend) behind  the engine to the passenger side, where it turns 90° again to connect to the muffler, both LS/RS mufflers come with long inlet and outlet pipes, then we have the  LS/RS tailpipes. We provide a 2 bolt flange but it is best to reuse the original cast iron flange (if possible).

Our flanges will fit correctly but will not be formed (like the original flanges were).  If you have the original flanges, you are welcome to send them to us and we will re-use them on the replacement exhaust pipes in whichever material desired.
