1957 Thunderbirds stock with the 292ci V8 did not come with resonators so for this model the listing is correct to the stock system. This is a resonator delete option for 1956 models (regardless of the engine) and for 1957 stock with the 312ci. Waldron's Exhaust reproduces this set of 4 OE styled muffler and tail pipe hangers (very close to OE in looks, hangs like OE) for 1956 and 1957 Pontiac full size vehicles stock with a dual exhaust system. This hanger set is incomplete as it does not include the hanger used on the driver side rear exhaust pipe. Hangers generally ship out within 1 wk. -

- This system starts out at 2"OD on the exhaust pipes which reduce to 1¾"OD at the resonator inlets and then remains at 1¾"OD throughout the remaining of the system.
