Our mufflers are a double walled shell. The end caps are roll-seamed. The outer wrap is smooth with no exposed welds. The baffles and end caps are a heavy gauge material.- Inlet & outlet nipples cannot be any longer than 7"
- Regarding 4" round mufflers with an offset in/offset out position; the nipples cannot be any larger than 1½"ID
- Regarding 4" round mufflers with a center in/center out position: the nipples cannot be any larger than 2¼"ID

- Original flanges were a formed flange which are NA. If the Y pipe for your system is not an NORS part, Waldron's Exhaust will use universal flat flanges in reproducing the Y pipe. This listing covers model years 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1978 Mark IV and Mark V's. Photo depicts the dual cat-back system for a 1978 Mark V stock with converters on both manifolds. This photo was taken long ago and shows the resonator inlet pipe as a separate pc. We now have patterns for the LS/RS resonators and that pipe is now an integral part of the resonators.- Dual cat-back exhaust system consists of the H pipe (2 pc.), LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS connector pipes, and LS/RS resonators with tailpipe.
