Our mufflers are a double walled shell. The end caps are roll-seamed. The outer wrap is smooth with no exposed welds. The baffles and end caps are a heavy gauge material.
- Inlet & outlet nipples cannot be any longer than 7"
- Regarding 4" round mufflers with an offset in/offset out position; the nipples cannot be any larger than 1½"ID
- Regarding 4" round mufflers with a center in/center out position: the nipples cannot be any larger than 2¼"ID

- Original flanges were a formed flange which are NA. If the Y pipe for your system is not an NORS part, Waldron's Exhaust will use universal flat flanges in reproducing the Y pipe. If you have the original flanges and would like us to reuse them on your system, you are welcome to ship them to us in advance of building your system.

Excludes 1966-70 Dodge Coronet's and Charger R/T's with 426ci or 440. For those applications, please refer to listing 528714. Also excludes 1971 Dodge Charger's, Charger RT's, and Super Bees that were stock with the 440ci. We do not have complete system for 1971 440ci. We can help with the muffler and tailpipes (only). The exhaust pipes were never reproduced and without patterns, we cannot offer a complete system. There is no 318 Charger dual system available.
