    • You will be asked to report the type of steering on your Jeepster; original Ross steering or after-market Saginaw steering?
     
  • This listing covers MY's 1961, 1962, and 1963 Continentals with the stock V8.
    • Dual exhaust system consists of the LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS front mufflers assembly, LS/RS rear muffler assembly. Waldron's Exhaust also supplies you with 1 clamp (used to connect resonator balance tube) and 4 gaskets (used at flanges on inlet/outlet of resonators). System does not include any hangers or bolts. To bolt the system together, use ½-16x1½ Grade 8 bolts (½" diameter / 16 coarse thread / 1½" length).
    • Waldron's does not offer any sound level options on these systems. OEM sound level only.

    • For MY 1965 station wagon's with the 421 HO this system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front tailpipe with resonators, & LS/RS rear tailpipes. For all other body styles the system consists of LS front & rear exhaust pipes, RS exhaust pipe, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS connector pipes, & LS/RS resonators with tailpipe.
    • For MY 1965 station wagon's except the 421 HO this system consists of LS front & rear exhaust pipes, RS exhaust pipe, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS front connector pipes w/resonator, & LS/RS rear tailpipes. For all other body styles the system consists of LS front & rear exhaust pipe, RS exhaust pipe, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS connector pipes, and LS/RS resonators with tailpipe.
    • For MY's 1966-70 station wagon's the system consist of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, and LS/RS tailpipes with resonators built in.
    • For all other body styles the system consists of LS/RS exhaust pipes, LS/RS mufflers, LS/RS over-axle pipes, and LS/RS resonators with tailpipe.
    • The 421 HO originally took cast iron flanges. We supply you with universal flanges but if you have the cast iron flanges, you will be able swap them out.

Conversion kit consists exhaust pipes, glasspacks, and tailpipes, along with gaskets and clamps. 1949-53 model years will also receive a blocker plate. Hangers are not included.     •  1935-38; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 1 7/8" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1½".
    • 1939-41; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 1 7/8" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1 5/8".
    • 1942-48; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 1 7/8" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1¾".
    • 1949-53; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 2" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 2" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1¾".
    • 1949-51 with rear exit DS manifold; LS exhaust pipe starts out at 1 5/8" then bump up to 2" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 2" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1¾".
    Lead time on this system with glasspacks generally runs 5-6 wks. Lead time with mufflers (not glasspacks) will be an estimated 8-12 wks.

    • For MY's 1968, 1969 & 1970 the angle cut tips will be of the same material as the rest of the system.
    • For MY's 1971, 1972, 1973 & 1974, You will be asked to report which tips you would like; chrome turndown tips or angle cut tips in the same material as the system.

  • Our mufflers are a double walled shell. The end caps are roll-seamed. The outer wrap is smooth with no exposed welds. The baffles and end caps are a heavy gauge material.
