    • Single exhaust consists of the exhaust pipe, muffler, and tailpipe. Waldron's Exhaust does not send a flange with this exhaust pipe. Reuse the original 2 pc. cast iron flange when possible.

Convert your flathead Ford to dual's with Waldron's exclusive Dual Conversion kits! Complete kits bolt on to the original manifolds.     • Dual conversion kit consists of the LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear exhaust pipes, LS/RS  glasspacks, LS/RS tailpipes, gaskets, and clamps.
    • Period specific hangers are N/A. Universal hangers only. Hangers are not included in the kit but may be added to your cart.
    •  Exhaust pipes start out at 1&5/8" OD and increase to 2"OD immediately after the flange. Tail pipes are 1¾"OD.
    • If you would prefer mufflers (over glasspacks), you may make that change to your order in the check out process. 
    Lead time on this system with glasspacks generally runs 5-6 wks., with mufflers the lead time will be as posted above.

  • Listing covers MY's 1935, 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940, and 1941 Ford ½T Trucks with the stock flathead V8. Convert your flathead Ford to dual exhaust with Waldron's exclusive Dual Conversion kits! Complete kit bolts on to the stock manifolds. Not available for 1933-34, 1942-47 or 1953 MY's.
    • Dual conversion kit consists of  the exhaust pipes, custom-built glasspacks, tailpipes, blocker plate, gaskets and clamps. Gaskets & steel clamps are included. After 1949, the RS exhaust requires blocking plate which will be included in the system. Universal hangers can be added to the cart, if needed. Period specific hangers are N/A.
    • The system goes through existing holes in the crossmembers. LH exhaust pipe starts at 1 ½”OD and opens to 2”OD  at the glasspack inlet. RH exhaust pipe 2” OD throughout. Tailpipes are either 1 5/8” or 1 ¾” depending on the material selected & MY.
    • If you would prefer mufflers (over glasspacks), you may make that change to your order in the check out process. Additional cost of $115.00 for aluminized steel or $230.00 for T409 SS.

    • Single exhaust system consists of the Y pipe, rear exhaust pipe, muffler, and tailpipe. Y pipe may be NORS.
    • For 1961-64 models, this system is for conventional cabs only.
    • 1965-68 models will be asked to report the serial number. We will need to know if it falls before or after SN 166800. The difference being that early models require flat gaskets at the manifold while the later models are a metal-to-metal connection at the manifold.
    • 1969-71 models will be asked to report whether the truck is stock with or without a cowl.
