AFTERMARKET NOS PARTS FROM WALDRON'S EXHAUST; These are components that we have acquired over the years. The parts were manufactured by Walker, Maremont, International Parts Corp (IPC), Arvin or other exhaust component manufacturers as service replacement parts for OEM components. They will be cleaned to remove any surface corrosion and coated with a corrosion-resistant coating unless you ask us to leave them untreated. This Y pipe fits 1971-73 Ford Mustang / Mercury Cougar with 351ci engine. This part will generally ship within 1 wk.

Our mufflers are a double walled shell. The end caps are roll-seamed. The outer wrap is smooth with no exposed welds. The baffles and end caps are a heavy gauge material.
- Waldron's has brought this muffler back to provide a close match to the original sound, enhanced flow rate from the original, while maintaining the OE look and size. The interior design is derived from the OE Pontiac part. Muffler cavities are packed with sound absorbing materials to compensate for the increased sound levels created by the larger interior diameters. The muffler dimensions are; 4.75 inches X 9.75 inches oval cross-section. The case is 22.75 inches in length with an over-all of 27.75 inches.

- Dual exhaust system consists of LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear (over-axle) exhaust pipes, dual in/dual out transverse muffler, and LS/RS tailpipes. Designed to fit with the stock chrome tips which are not included with the system.
- The standard engines take a system that starts out at 2"OD on the front exhaust pipes (with 2blt flanges), then increases to 2¼"OD on the rear exhaust pipes, and reduces back to 2"OD on the tailpipes.
- The Ram Air or HO systems are 2¼"OD up to the muffler inlets and then reduces to 2"OD on the tailpipes.
- You will be asked to report with or without RA or HO manifolds along with bolt pattern needed for RA/HO systems in the check out process. There will be an additional cost of $89.00 for the Ram Air / HO systems. If you need the cast iron flanges, you may add them to your order in the check out process. If you already have the need set, you will need to mail them to us in advance (address is shown in the check out form).
