    Our mufflers are a double walled shell. The end caps are roll-seamed. The outer wrap is smooth with no exposed welds. The baffles and end caps are a heavy gauge material.

    Waldron's Exhaust reproduces the OE correct tail pipe hanger. It is used on both single and dual exhaust systems. Simply order the amount needed for your system. Hangers generally ship out within 1 wk. 
    • This OE tailpipe hanger gets attached to the trunk and will come with a trunk support plate (not shown in photo).

Photo depicts the system for MY's 1959-60 Cadillac's except 75 Fleetwood and Eldorado Brougham (front connector pipe varies for the Fleetwood, rear connector pipe varies for the Brougham).
    • Dual exhaust system consists LS/RS front exhaust pipes, LS/RS rear exhaust pipe, LS/RS front mufflers, LS/RS front connector pipes, LS/RS center connector pipes, LS/RS rear connector pipes, LS/RS rear mufflers, LS/RS tailpipes. 1957 models will fit into the factory tips located in the bumper. 1958-60 are stock with turndowns.

    • For MY's 1937-40: If your 1937-40 Ford has the heat exchanger & you intend to reuse it; the system will consist of a cross-over pipe, exhaust pipe, muffler & tailpipe. If your 1937-40 doesn't have the heat exchanger or if it does have it but it is not reusable; the system will consist the 2 pc. Y pipe (AKA cross-over & Y pipe), muffler & tailpipe. You will be asked to report which setup you require in the check out process.

    • For MY's 1971, 1972, 1973 & 1974, You will be asked to report which tips you would like; chrome turndown tips or angle cut tips in the same material as the system.

    • 1966-Early 1971 with the gas tank sitting forward of the rear axle, this single exhaust system consists of a Y pipe, rear exhaust pipe, transverse muffler and tailpipe exiting on the PS.
    • Later 1971 models with the gas tank sitting aft of the rear axle; this single exhaust pipe consists of a cross-over pipe, Y pipe, inline muffler and tailpipe exiting on the DS.

If you are in need of a new direct fit catalytic converter, you may add it to your cart (for an additional $335.00) in the check out process. Photo depicts the system for 1977-78 CJ-7's with the stock 304ci (shown with the converter that we supply in place). 
    • Single exhaust will consist of the Y pipe, muffler, and tail pipe. Stock converter sits between the Y pipe and muffler.

Convert your flathead Ford to a dual exhaust with Waldron's Dual Conversion Kits! This dual conversion kit bolts directly to the stock manifolds (only). Conversion kit consists exhaust pipes, glasspacks, and tailpipes, along with gaskets and clamps. 1949-53 model years will also receive a blocker plate. Hangers are not included.     •  1935-38; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 1 7/8" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1½".
