    • Single exhaust system consists of the exhaust pipe, muffler, and tailpipe.
    • 1934-36 MY's will have the 2 bolt flange welded in place and you will need to report the wheel base at check out.
    • 1937-40 MY's originally had a 4 bolt cast iron flange which we do not offer. Reuse your original, if possible. If you no longer have the original cast iron flange, Waldron's offer's a non-cast iron 4blt flange. Simply add it to your cart below.

  • Listing covers MY's 1935, 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940, and 1941 Ford ½T Trucks with the stock flathead V8. Convert your flathead Ford to dual exhaust with Waldron's exclusive Dual Conversion kits! Complete kit bolts on to the stock manifolds. Not available for 1933-34, 1942-47 or 1953 MY's.
    • Dual conversion kit consists of  the exhaust pipes, custom-built glasspacks, tailpipes, blocker plate, gaskets and clamps. Gaskets & steel clamps are included. After 1949, the RS exhaust requires blocking plate which will be included in the system. Universal hangers can be added to the cart, if needed. Period specific hangers are N/A.
    • The system goes through existing holes in the crossmembers. LH exhaust pipe starts at 1 ½”OD and opens to 2”OD  at the glasspack inlet. RH exhaust pipe 2” OD throughout. Tailpipes are either 1 5/8” or 1 ¾” depending on the material selected & MY.
    • If you would prefer mufflers (over glasspacks), you may make that change to your order in the check out process. Additional cost of $115.00 for aluminized steel or $230.00 for T409 SS. 
    Lead time on this system with glasspacks generally runs 5-6 wks., with mufflers the lead time will be as posted above.

You will be asked to report which setup you require in the check out process.

    • 1942-48; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 1 7/8" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1¾".
    • 1949-53; LS front & rear exhaust pipes start out at 1½" then bump up to 2" at the glasspacks, RS exhaust pipe is 2" with LS/RS tailpipes at 1¾".

    • This application does not have an exhaust manifold. The exhaust pipe serves as the manifold and clamps directly  to the cylinder head. Waldron's Exhaust does not carry the needed clamps.

    • The OE muffler hanger, available in checkout, is for MY's 1941-59. It is not OE correct for MY's 1939-40.
  • This listing is for MY's 1940 and 1941 Graham Supercharged 6 cyl. engine. Photo is correct to the listing. 
    • This single exhaust system consists of the exhaust pipes (1&5/8 OD), dual in/single out resonator (AKA mixing box), connector pipe (2" OD), transverse muffler, and tailpipe (1¾" OD).
    • Waldron's Exhaust does not supply flanges with these exhaust pipes. Original flanges are cast iron. Keep and reuse your cast iron flanges.
  • This listing is for 1940 & 1941 Hupmobile Skylark's with the stock 6 cyl. engine.
